At our coffee bar, Prolog Coffee, we care about welcoming our guests and give them a good experience. The same goes for our webshop. So if you have any questions or any doubts concerning our products and services, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
Below you will find our terms and conditions for our web shop.
Each product has a relevant description on the web shop. This does not include the memberships as the content of these vary every month.
All of our coffee is sold as whole coffee beans. We store them in protecting ventilating packing that allows the oxygen from the roasted beans to leave the bags. This helps keep the durability of the coffee.
The payment for the web shop happens via Braintree. The payment is withdrawn from your account, when your order is approved. For members, the recurring payment will be withdrawn monthly, on the same date the membership was originally purchased .
Prolog Coffee makes reservations regarding changes of taxes, mistakes in price and proof reading, technical errors and force majeure.
Shipping is done through GLS and DHL Express. The delivery time depends on the location of the receiver as well as the chosen shipment method
Risk of shipment
The risk of the product will pass on to you as a customer once we have submitted the shipment to GLS or DHL.
Return and right of cancellation
We do not return food, which includes coffee. Other, and intact, products, unopened and in original packaging can be returned until 14 days after delivery, and we will refund the full amount. We do not refund used products. You are responsible for the costs of the return shipment.
If you wish to make use of your return and cancellation period, you must notify us within 14 days of receipt. Hereafter, the product must be shipped back to us within 14 days after the notification. As soon as the product is delivered or we have proof that the product has been shipped back to us, we will refund the amount of the product.

Special conditions for members
The monthly shipment happens on the last thursday of the month. They payment is withdrawn on the xx of the month. If the payment is completed, you will receive your monthly delivery and an e-mail concerning the delivery information. If the payment should not go through, we will contact you directly via e-mail.
It is your responsibility as a member to make sure that both e-mail and mailing adresse are filled out correctly and that ongoing payments are completed. If you change your debit- og creditcard, it is your responsibility to update your card information.
In order for you to purchase products on our web shop, we need the following information: name, address, telephone number and e-mail address. We register your personal data for the purpose of delivering your products. Your information is not passed on or sold to third parties.
