Jose Antonio Salaverria, together with his two sons Andres and Jose Antonio, the younger own and operate Finca San Francisco, a 294 hectare farm located in the Santa Ana region of El Salvador. Loma Linda is a "tablon" (block) of the larger farm. Coffee cherry from certain tablones are kept separate for improved processing and preparation. Loma Linda is located at 1500masl & the chosen processing method here was the classic sun dried natural.
Expect lots of lactic, funky natural flavours layered with rich chocolate fudge & blueberry. This coffee is jammy, intense, juicy and complex. Definitely not one to miss.
